The therapy with genetically modified T cells to express chimeric antigen receptors (CAR) is a promising strategy for immunotherapy against cancer. CAR-T can specifically recognize antigens on the surface of tumor and then effectively kill those cells. Several researchers have presented development various hematological targets treatment solid tumors. Quality control preclinical evaluation these products are essential demonstrate their safety efficacy allow clinical trial phase. This chapter will present relevant guidelines regarding pre-clinical research cell products.
 Preclinical should include in vitro vivo pharmacodynamics studies (antitumor activity), pharmacokinetics (proliferation, distribution, persistence vivo), animal studies.
